Do you ship Internationally?

No unfortunately at this stage we only ship Australia-wide

Are the boards safe for use with food?

Yes 100%. The anti-microbial nature of Camphor Laurel means that the surface of the board reduces microbial growth and is regarded as one of the safest anti bacterial surfaces for food preparation.

Where are the boards sourced?

Our boards are 100% Australian made. All of our timber is sourced in an ethical saw mill in Northern NSW, and we cut each board in Sydney. 

Do you import any boards?

No, we do not import any of our products. The timber is sourced in raw form directly from Northern NSW, having been kiln dried.

We then cut all of our boards by hand in our Sydney workshop, they are then stamped and oiled by hand.

How do I take care of my board?

Follow the care instructions that came with your board that can also be found here.

Store you board out of direct sunlight and in a cool spot in your house, the sun can change the board colour and the humidity / moisture in the air can cause the board to swell and contract.

DO NOT Put the board into the dishwasher – the board is not dishwasher safe.

What do I do if I’m not happy with my board?

Please reach out to us via email to discuss your issue with your board. 

Boards can be returned within 30 days if you have a change of mind, but must be returned unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging. We will replace or refund any board that was damaged through no fault of your own.

What oil do you use to oil the boards?

We use a Food Safe oil on all boards. You can oil your board if you feel like it is drying out with some vegetable or grape seed oil. Just apply the oil to a new unused cloth and rub in gently until the board absorbs the oil. This can be done every 3-4 months or as required.
